Learning Objectives
Workshop 1: Introduction to Developmental Resilience
Participants will be able to:
Understand how times of crisis can lead to strengths, assets, and resiliency.
Discuss the experiences of the past year.
Define key terminology related to mental health and resilience.
Explore skills that youth develop at different stages using the Clover Model.
Workshop 2: How to Develop Your Resilience Now and Into the Future
Participants will be able to:
Identify Clover-aligned strategies for building personal resilience.
Reflect on their own experiences.
Explore the power of narrative in building resilience for themselves and their students.
Workshop 3: Applying Developmental Resilience Skills to Work with Students
Participants will be able to:
Connect developmental resilience practices to their school or program's existing student support strategies.
Learn strategies to support students in building their resilience at different developmental stages.
Workshop 4: Finding and Supporting the Strengths in Youth with Mental Health Needs
Participants will be able to:
Understand their role and their team's role in building a culture of resilience for students.
Identify and support students’ mental health needs by naming practices that are within their team's spheres of influence and control.
Discuss when and how team members should utilize resources at their school or program when students need extra support.
Pricing
$1,100 per virtual workshop $4,000 for 4 workshops (Max 50 participants)
